3 out of 5 starsIt's cute, but did already have a stain & be careful with sizes because mine weren't the same when though I ordered Multics of same design & size for presents I was disappointed!

Hi Brit! We make sure to include all sizes on our listings with the measurements in inches so that you can choose an accurate size from our store. Please make sure that you read through the sizes and choose the correct size for your child. You can use a measuring tape of any kind and wrap it long ways around the child's head to get the measurements! If you have any questions, we are available Monday through Friday from 8-5 and we would be happy to help you! If you are truly unhappy with the hat because it didn't fit, feel free to contact us and we will gladly send you a refund! <3

See other responses. This customer had a very negative attitude unfortunately. We did everything we could to help her, even gave her a full refund and she got to keep all 5 hats... I'm not sure what else we can do.

Once again Brit, please make sure that you are using the measurements that we provide in the listings (which are stated in inches) to choose an accurately sized hat for your child. 1 out of 5 starsI will NEVER buy from this shop again. My order was not right, hats were bigger than I ordered and one even had a stain on it. After giving her a 5 star review on the products that were ok an a 3 star review on the products that were defective the owner RUDELY contacted me on FB and said IF I would have contacted her before giving her a bad review she would have worked with me, BUT since I did not she was not going to and was very argumentative. I think that is a horrible way to run a business. Especially when I gave her an excellent review on the products that were right and I could have edited my review on the products that were defective if she would have made it right. I will NEVER buy from this shop again and I recommend noone else does either!

Hi Brit! All of our hats are made in a smoke free and pet free home. If you got a stain on the hat after it arrived, my suggestion is to use warm water and a mild detergent to get it out. We do hope that you enjoy the hats and look forward to doing business with you again! :)

See other review for this customer... it was an absolutely horrible experience for us. This is our first time having to deal with such negativity from a buyer. The customer was given a full refund for all 5 of her hats (a $60) value plus she got to keep them and still isn't satisfied. I'm not sure what else we can do for her but offer our blessings!
